Istrian Ham House aims to present and promote Istrian ham/prosiutto throughout the year. It is located in Tinjan which is known as the Municipality of Istrian Ham/Prosciutto. In the area of the Municipality of Tinjan, there are several registered producers of this famous delicacy who are proud of their numerous awards at national and international fairs.

In the 'Tinjan' plate, try selected cured meat products (prosciutto, ombolo, pancetta) and cow's cheese, along with a glass of Malvasia from Tinjan producers....
