International Prosciutto Fair / ISAP

Since 2007, the International Prosciutto Fair (ISAP) has been held in Tinjan every October. It is organized by the Municipality of Tinjan, in cooperation with the Association of Istrian prosciutto producers. It is the largest prosciutto fair in Croatia and the region and one of the most important gastronomic events in Istria. Fifty exhibitors from Croatia, Slovenia, Italy, Austria, Hungary and Spain present their products. It takes place in mid-October, and over 20,000 lovers of prosciutto, wine and other Istrian delicacies visit the event over the three fair days.
